Who is Growth Day for?

Purpose-driven professionals, team leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit and church leaders, students, and anyone ready to grow. Whether you lead others or want to lead yourself better — you belong here.

Do I need to be in a leadership position?

No. If you influence anyone — at work, at home, in your community — you are a leader. Growth Day will help you lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Is this a faith-based event?

Growth Day is purpose-driven, faith-informed, and inclusive. Hosted by FIRE Church and led by faith-driven leaders, the teaching adds value to anyone — believer or not. For those who want to go deeper spiritually, a dedicated Spiritual Growth Track is available inside the cohort.

Is Growth Day just a one-day event?

The event is the doorway. The transformation happens in the 6-Week Cohort that follows, supported by daily audio, live seminars, and a community of growers. You can attend the day alone — but those who step into the journey are the ones who change.

What does the cohort cost?

Just $2 per week — $12 total for the full 6 weeks. Group, partner, and scholarship options are available for those who need them.

What languages is it available in?

English and French. All core programs (event, cohort, daily audio) are fully bilingual.

How often does Growth Day happen?

Three times a year. Each Growth Day launches a new 6-Week Cohort. The next one is June 13, 2026.

Are group or team tickets available?

Yes. Teams attending together build culture, align vision, and grow collectively. Discounted group packages and partnership opportunities are available.
